Reviews and Ratings
We had a good time at the Americana, especially since we got a great deal with a Groupon. The room was spacious and clean, and the kids enjoyed the waterpark, though there are some downsides like the high parking fees and a not-so-great dining experience. Overall, it was a fun family getaway, but there are areas that need improvement.
We had a fun family trip due to the waterpark connected to the hotel, but our experience was marred by some unpleasant factors. The rooms had a few cleanliness issues, and we faced some service mix-ups that added to our frustration. The dining experience also left something to be desired, which was disappointing given the overall cost of our stay.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were generally clean, and the staff was quite accommodating, especially when it came to fixing issues. However, the check-in process was frustrating, and the extra fees were a bit overwhelming. The pool area did not feel very safe, which was concerning for our family. Overall, I think there are better options in the area that offer better value for money.
We decided to celebrate my wife's birthday at the Americana Water Resort, and it turned out to be a fantastic choice, especially for our family trip to Niagara Falls. The location is really convenient, just a short drive from the falls, and the room was spacious and clean, although it could use some updates. The water park was definitely a highlight for us, offering fun for both kids and adults. On the flip side, the Wi-Fi was quite poor, making it tricky to stay connected. Overall, we had a great time, especially with the kids enjoying the water slides and amenities.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the waterpark was fun for the kids and the area's dining options were plentiful, the hidden fees and noisy hallways really detracted from the overall enjoyment. The pricing felt misleading, and the dining options were pricey for what you got. The room itself was fairly spacious but lacked the premium feel I expected for the cost.
